No-one using Datacad should be without Sketch-up's professional-version...and Layout. You just have to remember to use the power of "groups" and components; and not think in "layers" as in Datacad.

I use SU-Layout for conceptuals as-well-as construction documentation and presentations; combining elements from Datacad, Sketch-up and annotations in Layout itself. You can also drop-in graphics from Paint or PS Elements.

DataCAD's Visual Reality Suite which I think came bundled with DataCAD 8, complete with manuals and tutorials. It still works on 64-bit pc's and supports animation too. Very simple and easy to use....if you can find a copy.

It's right under the Windows-95 Manual. ...Although I know people who are still running networked Windows-XP PCs in their professional practice.
