Unable to load TPL files from DCAD15 to DCAD 22
Need a bit more info. What happens when you try to load a TPL file? Is it just blank? Is there an error message? Are you using the Symbol Browser or the old Template interface? If you open the TPL file with Notepad, copy and paste the contents here in the forum to help us troubleshoot your issue.

Josh,
even the templates I think came with 22 won't load: come up as blank boxes, this is one of the templates in 3dsite
DataCAD template file. version 01.10.

The path "SYM" was the older folder structure, V22 now has that as "Symbols"
Try renaming the "Symbols" folder to "Sym".

The best thing to do might be to use the Symbol Browser, with the Folder option. This bypasses the Templates and opens the symbol folder directly. It will work, without the need to edit the path names. This is the main purpose of the Symbol Browser.
The symbols may not be in the same order in the SB as they were in the old template, and for folders that need to be in a certain order - I suggest using a 00-, 01-, 02- etc prefix on the symbol files names to get them into the order you want them.
If you are still using the same symbols using templates on another computer, say - then you may want to copy the whole folder, so the renaming doesn't affect the old system.
