I wish the grid setting was file universal instead of layer specific. I suppose it would be useful to have various grid spacings on different layers, but I like to set for 1" grids. Every layer I add has to be reset to 1" because it defaults to 4" grids. Can "set all layers" be an option on grid size?

You can download "GridLock" from the macro page - it will change the grid settings on all layers to match what you currently have it set to.

Found GridLock was already in my downloads and already in my macro list, just hadn't copied it into v21, so I had apparently asked before. Geezerhood is catching up.
