I am getting that message every time I try to open DCAD 21. I have tried restarted my pc, running repair, and finally uninstalling and then reinstalling the program. Still getting the same error. Would love to be able to get back to work!
NVM. Clay got me sorted out. Don't deactivate remotely! Lesson learned.

Can you tell me how Clay walked you through fixing this issue? I am locked out and need to finish a project before tomorrow morning.
You will probably need to log into the licensing portal on the web to deactivate the seat/license.
