How do you get the keyboard to recognize Datacad shortcuts?

I've used the Logitech and never had any problem. I'll grant you that it was years ago, but almost any keyboard seems to work fine.
Oh... I just realized that you might be dealing with an Apple product, and all of my experience has been on the MS operating systems.

Is there a particular shortcut you are having issue with? If it's an F# key issue, you might check and see if you have a Fn key, usually located at the bottom left corner of your keyboard, and hold that while trying the F# keys. If that is your issue, check your Logitech driver for an option to swap the default mode for your Fn / F keys.
