I've used the Logitech and never had any problem. I'll grant you that it was years ago, but almost any keyboard seems to work fine. Oh... I just realized that you might be dealing with an Apple product, and all of my experience has been on the MS operating systems. Good luck, Woody
Is there a particular shortcut you are having issue with? If it's an F# key issue, you might check and see if you have a Fn key, usually located at the bottom left corner of your keyboard, and hold that while trying the F# keys. If that is your issue, check your Logitech driver for an option to swap the default mode for your Fn / F keys.
