I just upgraded from datacad 11 to datacad 12.

Trying to run datacad 12 gave me the "hardlock not found" pop up.
So I downloaded the datacad upgrade 12.07.01 from datacad's web site. still no success. I even downloaded the aladdin driver but that stil did not make it work.
I know my hardlock works, I ran DataCad 11 off it yesturday.
Do I need a new hardlock with the new DataCad? Because I did not get a new hardlock with the CD.

Please help!

On your last comment you say that didn't get a new hardlock when upgraded from DC 11 to DC 12 ?
Sorry if I didn't understand this approach, since you should have received it for sure.

It has a DC 12 label on side of the USB hardlock.
