OK .. so menu hotkeys still work, I notice ...

But in versions 4 through 10, I customised some to suit myself.... is that still possible?

Well .. I mean keyboard shortcuts actually.. sorry for the confusion...

Like Alt-C = Change Colour
(instead of the default setting Alt-C = Change)

Yes, you can still customize the DcadWin.MCR file. You can even just copy the custom lines into the new file, or use the entire old file by copying it into the Support Files folder.

There are some changes that happened with v11: the Offset and Polyline functions changed, and you can now use some four digit codes to get to these and a lot of the other functions.

That's a function number code. You can check out the complete public list here. Also I have a little guide that might be helpful getting started with toolbar and custom mcr file coding.
