Caps and Lower case Key Commands

I used to modify a file to change key commands (not Alt + but just plain key command). Example, " M " sends you to Macro, where "m" sends you to move command. I want both to go to move command. I remember there is a line in a file to edit these commands.. but which one? Thanks.

You'll find the find that explains this at:

I think we used to call this the MoolBox maneuver or something like that.

I typically work withe <Cap Lock> "on" instead of <All Caps> so I have access to Lower Case when I need them in annotations. I habitually just type < ; > since "Move" is at the top of the Edit Menu. Then I have easy access both Move and Copy. It's an extra click, but its just one finger-stroke instead of <Shift>+<M> with my left hand. ...And I can still access Macros using <M>.
