Where is my license ID?

If you purchased a product such as DataCAD Professional that requires activation, your order will be processed Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. We will send you a separate e-mail with your License ID and Password after we have completed your order.

Once you've installed DataCAD, you can begin using the software immediately by choosing the "Evaluate" option when you run the program. After you receive your License ID and Password, you can choose the "Activate" option to fully enable your licensed copy of DataCAD.

I forgot my License ID and Password

If you have forgotten your License ID and Password, please send an e-mail message to info@datacad.com to request them.  Please include your name, company, and telephone number so that we may identify you.
